How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our products are Made-To-Order. That means we do not make it until your order is placed. Production time for items that need to be made is currently 2-4 weeks. Please be aware that delays can occur depending on the availability of fabric (we had to wait 3 weeks once for an order of fabric to get past customs), as well as the current workload of our sewing team. We will do our best to notify you as soon as we are aware your order may take more then 4 weeks to fulfill.
If you have placed a Pre-Order, the estimated delivery time is specified in the individual product page.
Once your order has shipped, it usually arrives within 2-3 business days if you live in the US.
If you live outside the US, it usually arrives within 1 - 4 weeks, depending on which delivery service you choose.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email or on social media if you need to cancel or change your order: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order is a product we are offering up for sale and producing at a later date once we have collected enough orders to put it into production.
A Pre-Order's ordering window is usually up for 1 month, and then we stop taking orders and put the product into production. We give 1-2 months for the production run to be made and orders to be processed and shipped out. So it can take up to 3 months from when we put up a Pre-Order, to when it is received by the customer.
What is Made-To-Order?Pop Galaxy Clothing is a small business working in small production runs. It's more economical and eco-friendly for us to only produce what we need, instead of sitting on inventory we might never sell (been there, done that). So, we generally only make an item once we have received an order for it.
Made-To-Order is NOT the same as a Custom Order. We can provide minor alteration adjustments for a small fee, such as shortening the hem on our skirts, dress, or leggings. We cannot create a custom-sized garment for you, or make major changes to our pieces like adding sleeves or changing the neckline.
